We do not provide, perform, or guarantee any of the services advertised by listed businesses. We do not verify, inspect, license-check, or endorse any business on this platform. All listing content is submitted directly by advertisers and we are not responsible for its accuracy.

User Responsibilities

By using this platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting a listing or inquiry
• Use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with applicable US law
• Refrain from submitting false, misleading, or offensive content
• Not attempt to manipulate, scrape, or disrupt the platform
• Take personal responsibility for verifying the quality of any business before engaging their services

Business Listings & Advertising

Businesses that advertise on Salons.City are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listing content, including but not limited to business name, address, contact information, services offered, and any images submitted.

We reserve the right to remove or decline any listing that contains false information, violates these terms, or is otherwise deemed inappropriate — without prior notice or refund.

A listing on Salons.City does not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or verification of any kind.

Payments & Refunds

Premium listing fees are charged upfront for a 12-month period. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in exceptional circumstances.

If your listing is removed due to a violation of these terms, no refund will be issued.

Limitation of Liability

salons.city shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this platform, your reliance on any listing or advertiser information, or any transaction or interaction between you and a listed business.

You use this platform and contact any listed business entirely at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

All platform design, code, text, and graphics created by salons.city are our property and protected by applicable copyright laws. Business owners retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

Modifications to Terms & Service

We reserve the right to modify these terms or any aspect of the platform at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from the use of this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable courts.
