How long until my listing goes live?
Premium AI pages go live in 60 seconds — instantly after payment. Standard listings go through a brief review, typically within 24 hours.
Can I update my listing information?
Yes. Contact us through the Contact page with the changes you need and we'll update your listing promptly. Premium owners can also update their AI page details at any time.
I already have a free listing — can I upgrade to AI Premium?
Yes. Submit through Add Business, select Premium, and we'll upgrade your existing listing to a full AI-powered business page with #1 city placement — live in 60 seconds.
Listings
How long does a listing last?
Both standard and premium listings are active for 365 days from submission or payment date. You'll receive a renewal notice before expiry. No automatic recurring charges — you're in control.
What information appears on a listing?
Listings show the salon name, category, address, phone number, website link, and a short description. Premium AI pages also include a photo gallery, client reviews, a Verified badge, and the full AI chat interface for lead capture. All information is exactly what the salon owner submitted.
Can I report an incorrect or spam listing?
Yes. Use the Contact page to flag any listing that contains false information or appears to be spam. We review all reports and remove listings that violate our policies.

Are salon listings verified?
Salons.City is a paid advertising directory. Listings are submitted by business owners and reviewed for basic accuracy, but we are not a licensing body or a review platform. We do not certify, endorse, or guarantee the quality of any listed business. Always do your own research before booking.
Can I book an appointment through Salons.City?
We don't handle bookings. Each listing shows the salon's phone number and website — you contact them directly to schedule. Premium AI pages include a chat feature where you can ask questions and leave your contact details — the salon owner will follow up with you directly.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processor. Payment is required upfront for the full 12-month listing period. No recurring billing — you choose to renew when the time comes.
